Frequently Asked Questions
What is the fee for having White Petal estimation and service?

Our in home estimate is free.  We can give you a ball park estimation over the     phone.  However, because every house is unique, and because everyone's          needs are different, we will need to visit you to give you a firm quote.

Do you bring all the needed equipment and cleaning supplies?
We only ask that you supply us with a toilet bowl brush.  All other equipment         and eco-friendly cleaners we provide.

How many people will you send to clean?
We send two people to clean your house, one team captain and one team         member.  Certain situations may require us to send more or less people.
We understand that your home is private and we respect your trust.  In most         cases, the same team will clean your home week after week.

Can I change the date of my scheduled cleaning?
Yes.  Please call us 48 hours in advance of you scheduled cleaning.  There is     no fee for rescheduling or changing your green cleaning appointment.  If you     cancel your appointment any later than 48 hours, there will be a cancellation     fee of $30.

Do I have to be home when White Petal cleans?
This is your option.  You may give us a key to be stored in a safe at our             office.  The keys are coded, and do not have your name or address on them.      The cleaning staff is given the keys for each days cleaning appointments             when they leave the office, and they must return the keys at the end of the         day.

Are you insured against damages?
We are bonded and insured.  At White Petal, we treat your home as if it were     our own.  In the event that an object is damaged, please notify our office             within 48 hours, and we will take the appropriate action to provide                         compensation.

We also understand that every client  has valuable and sentimental items that     may not be replaceable.  If you have any special valuables, please put them         away or instruct us not to touch them.  A closed door or drawer is your signal     to us that you do not want that area to be cleaned.
